Processing Time:

 
  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM (or after the weekend/holiday) will be processed the next business day. 
     

Shipping Methods and Costs:

 
  • We offer standard shipping.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and destination.
  •  Free shipping is available for orders over $75.
  • All products, except for media mail, are offered with flat rate shipping.
     

Delivery Time:

 
  • Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
  • International shipping is not offered at this time.
     

Order Tracking:

 
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on [Shipping carrier’s website]. 
     

Shipping Restrictions:

 
  • We currently ship to US address only.
  • Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time, must have a physical address to receive orders from us.
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors. 
     

Damaged or Lost Items:

 
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us after 7 business days from the expected delivery date at support@tfanudecorandmore.com 
     

Returns and Exchanges:

 
  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
